Dipl.- Psych. Dr. Terweis  has 20 years of consecutive and comprehensive experience in various areas of the testing and evaluation sector, i. e. occupational test and certification. Development of tests, introduction of tests and evaluating reliability and validity of tests with computer simulated programs.

He has developed, with a team, tests for various areas of testing i. e. tests for school leavers and other manpower to assign to every talent the right occupation.

He has written more than 20 books for private and official purposes in the area of testing, i. e. Assessment Centre (AC), personal tests, test training general, occupational tests, group testing and individual testing.  He is one of the most prominent German authors for tests and vocational aptitudes. His books are used in many German institutions and universities as a basic guide for training, testing and consulting. His total of published and printed books reaches more than 500.000 copies. These were translated up to now into 15 languages. Under it are the following languages: Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, Slovene, Czech, Russian, French, and Spanish etc.

In addition, he has experiences in testing foreign workers for the local job market wanted to be available. He was active more than four years in Chad, an Islamic Sahel state.

Dr. Treweis has  a double qualification as a pedagogue and as a certificate psychologist. He wrote his thesis in the area social - and behavioural - sciences at the University of Tuebingen with the whole result cum laude.

For more than twenty five years he has worked in the Stuttgart area and Reutlingen area in different school types and educational centres. He is also experienced in technical education, mathematics and computer sciences.

As a leading staff member of the Northern Central of Education at Reutlingen he is responsible for testing and consulting of young school leavers in order to give them the right job and the right place for their abilities.
